After his National youth corp service he became a Tech Instructor at New Horizons Nigeria, one of the leading tech academy in Nigeria, he was promoted to solutions department where he was part of the Tech team that handles projects for New Horizons school partners. Tell us the Genesis of SoftVenix
I have always had a knack of looking at digital technology trends before they become mainstream.
It always start as bubbles floating in the air, and before you know it within a minimum of 3-4 years, they become huge waves in the ocean .
And they always shape the future of work. The Genesis of SoftVenix started in the last blockchain trend era when I thought to myself how can I bring make a lot of people understand the power of this innovative Technology that solves multiple industry problems.
That was when the idea hit me, to create a platform where people can learn future smart tech before it becomes mainstream so that they can better position themselves and get the credible skills to help them build a better future from it. And at the same time also help existing businesses to better prepare themselves from the disruption these future smart technologies brings and scale in the rapidly-evolving world of technology
AI Invention: A Problem or Progress? Many are panicking only few are rejoicing it's coming, What are your thoughts on this?
I believe AI is a good thing for the Future but the truth of this matter is that its going to be used in a negative way. A Problem or Progress?
My best answer is actually Both. People who are panicking are afraid of the negative use of AI, such as committing fraud or crime with cloned voices of other people and generating explicit videos of people and using it for crime or X related contents
The Positive use on the other hand is that it helps people solves digital tasks way easily in terms of content, and digital media spectrum. We've even seen it solve computational programming tasks.
But the fact is it is still very limited when it comes to full blown project programming because of its early stages.
In the Future, AI is will to do more than its limitation in certain areas and it's going to disrupt a whole lot of existing Jobs. People don't need to panic, but embrace it and see it as a mere tool to help solve your problems in alacrity.
About the Negative Aspects of AI, I believe it can be contained if we put strict policies on its use to help reduce the way malicious people use it for negative things.
Big Tech Corporations or any tech Corporations who wants to develop AI products should be under these policies to keep them or the product in check, so that it won't be used to harm humanity at large.
AI is an Interesting Innovation and I learn from Elon Musk and Sam Altman who are big players in the AI space and both have goals on AI been used for the betterment of humanity.
Place of God in everything you are doing
I acknowledge God as the source of all innovations and invention because he has made all the available all the platform for the use of man, we only need to discover our own niche on those platform. God is First for me in everything because in Him everything was created - Business, Family, and Personal Life.
SoftVenix won't be possible without God and that's the honest Truth. He gave me a revelation, understanding and direction this discovery of mine to fulfil his purpose on earth.
Through His Guidance I've been able to come this far and I believe this is just the beginning for me. I can't over emphasize the importance of having God in one's life or in anything you are doing.
How can you Advise People to prepare for disruption?
I see disruption as change, and one thing I have learnt about change is that it is constant. The best way to prepare for it is to keep evolving and keep learning new trends fast to fit into the new economy. Just like the law of evolution, you either evolve or you die or left behind. And if you don't want to be left behind, you simply evolve.
You become better than your previous self, constantly thriving to be better would make you become a frontier in Tech or any other field. Just like one of my mentors always says, the trend is your friend.
Who are your role model and how did they impact you?
Well I have 10 role models that have influenced my career in different ways, they are: Andrew Tate , Elon Musk , Sam Havard , Kenny Nwokoye Grant Cardone, Alex Homozi, Peng Joon , Russell Brunson , Vusi Thembekwayo, Tim Akano , Jordan Peterson.
Andrew Tate is positive force for men that wants to embrace masculinity to its fullest and be a force for Good.
Elon Musk the greatest entrepreneur of all time in my opinion. I've been following him since he started paypal and when he sold the ventures to later start SpaceX. Everyone knows his story which is an exciting one but 2 things I like about him is his audacity to defy any odds to achieve his goals and how he manages to be in so many industries and still be sane. He is an amazing individual.
Sam Harvard, The Billionaire Mentor is some one I've learned so much from in terms of marketing and starting an online business together with his prodigy Kenny Nwokoye, The Super Elite affiliates in Nigeria

Tim Akano: The MD/CEO of New Horizons. The man on a Mission to empower African youths through his platform One African Initiative. He has built one of the biggest tech training institutions in Nigeria. His unwavering will to empower youths is what I admire most from him.
What can you say about the technology level and improvement in Africa especially in Nigeria?
Well I'll say the technology level in Nigeria is a bit encouraging. Most of our tech companies here in Nigeria are fintech companies. We have 2 Fintech Giants in Africa that came from Nigeria. Which is something to be proud of, And more hybrid fintech and banking companies are sprouting out. We have few companies that focuses on other industries with tech other than finance which is good. But our manufacturing game is poor.
I understand that we are blessed with natural resources. Mother Africa is so much blessed with these resources that the world depends on it to build all these amazing tech devices we are seeing today. But it's actually sad that we don't develop ourselves with what God naturally gave us.
That's one of the areas I see us lacking. Talking of the global space, I haven't seen any tech product from Africa that is globally used like netflix, meta, Google and the likes. But I believe that will soon change in the coming future. I believe we have what it takes to play big and get our products to be used globally as well.
Advise for young techprenuer like you and prospective business owners?
If you have a brilliant idea, and you are sure it solves a problem or it brings solutions to people's problems you've identified. Don't take too long to plan and you then fail to execute. There is nothing like a perfect plan. Don't be afraid to fail because you'd gain experience from it to go at it better again. Execution is worship.
If you encounter any obstacle or challenges ahead, always go back to the drawing board with your team and restrategize with them, tackle the obstacle and come back stronger than before. Remember Loosing the battle doesn't mean you've lost the war.
Always Remember your origin, the reason why you started at the first place. Your reason should be strong enough to keep you forging ahead.
